Be careful with this company. They do not follow their own contract and refund you on a timely manner. I suggest you do not use ACH to pay them, but instead use credit card so you can request charge back if they cannot fulfill their obligation per the contract, because of their actions it seems they intend NOT to pay your deposit back. Per our contract, they had 10 business days to transport my vehicle per the cost they agreed they can do it for, but unfortunately they could not. All I am asking for is my deposit back, but they refuse to return my calls including text messages. I would not use this company as you will be wasting your money and time. It has been over 3 weeks now since I requested my refund back and again no communication from them. I filed dispute with BBB, but I do not think they care. Really really bad!!! FYI, check Google reviews as they have many 1 stars and everything they were saying was true, because it happened to me.
