Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with your company. Price went up almost 2x what u quoted me. You didn't tell me you were a broker and the deposit wasn't a deposit to hold the rate the way you told me that waS the broker fee. Your company's customer service not very reliable. I emailed you several times you never responded. But one thing I really feel at my worst is the other 2 clients that went with your company Because I gave them your number. Next time introduce yourself as a BROKER. And tell people that the money is not a deposit it's a brokers fee. And return emails and phone calls. Don't wait for to people to read the fine print and get stuck at the end. Very disappointed in your services.
