Iminent was the word the customer rep used when I was getting anxious about the pickup. It was two days later and required an extra $50 bucks to get it picked up. If driver had been called a few hours earlier, he would have picked it up as he passed through town. This was 10 days after the earliest allowable pickup date. If I wasn't leaving town I wouldn't have paid. Dispatch didn't call back within a reasonable time on status. Always got an answering maching when calling dispatch.

The driver was great, we worked well to get the best pickup and drop-off. The car wasn't damaged - just dirty from riding on top for 8 days. This was my first experience moving a car. I would do it again - won't use the same broker.
