Signed a contract to move my car on August 25. Rachel was the person who tooke the order. I was going with Autostar Transport but due to time limitations, RAchel said if I get out of Autostar, and sign with them, she will, for an extra charge, guarante move of the car betweeen Aug 28-Aug 30. She even put an additional note in teh contract. I was flying out on Tuesday Aug 31, and she knew about this. My car has still not been moved by them as of Sept 2 and every day I am being given an excuse with Rachel avoiding my calls.

Dear Sir, As discussed previously no guarantee on dates was made, therfore we were still within the contract terms. You had cancelled your order Not within the cancellation terms but still we had refund you the full deposit.
