Went through New Way Moving to have a car transported from CA to VA, and Lou assisted with getting the paperwork going. I made the deposit of $149 on the 26th of July, and note on job order the pickup window was from 7/26-7/30. On 8/1/10 still no one came and got the car, and I called New Way Moving to find out what was going on, and Lou couldn't help me anymore. He sent me to the dispatcher named Yienly. She told me that someone was coming in the next 2 days, and I waited of course no one show. I ended up calling after the 2 days, and was given the answer that the original driver wouldnt delivered to the city I wanted the car to go to. Then I wanted to cancel, and was told I couldn't because they have a 10 day window. Finally they were able to find an unreliable company to come get the vehicle to make the delivery. As promise the car was going to be there no later then 2 weeks. Now it's been 3 weeks, and it takes 3 messages before 1 calls gets returned by Yienly. Finally I had to get my insurance company involved because New Way Moving couldn't get an answer on where or when my car was going to get to its destination from the people they used to help transport my car. So after 1 whole month the car finally arrives. Seems liked they are helpful only in the beginning, and once they got your deposit it's a whole different story. Very dissatified how they handled the whole situation.
