HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE

i was told by Scott ( whom was very helpful) that my car would be picked up "within" the week of the 23 Aug. Needless to say it was not until the 4th of Sept. and this was only after i called SERVERAL times to ask where my car was.. was told like many ppl here before that there needs to be and increase of $50 in order for a driver to take the car ( mind you i have given a deposit of $150) the company then tells me my car would be delivered on Tues OR weds the 6 or 7 of aug. Contacted the driver Andre.. who said NO MAYBE THURS OR FRIDAY... called the driver thurs .. NO CAR... friday was told by the drver he was in Austin (2hrs away) this was a 2:11pm... its now 8:40pm and i called him again.. and was told SATURDAY with no clear time... I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THIS HAS BEEN THE BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO ENDORE. As a Veteran of the Armed Forces i would have expected more for a company to uphold the values. I URGE YOU PLEASE PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION. At this point, i would just want MY CAR OUT OF THEIR HANDS!!!
