VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE, ITEMS STOLEN AND CAR DAMAGED

DONT USE THIS SERVICE. MY BIG BAG HAS BEEN STOLEN AND CAR HAS BEEN DAMAGED. I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN KEEP UPTO 100LBS AND NOW THEY SAY THEY ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR BAG. I TRUSTED THESE GUYS AND GIVEN MY CAR AND NOW IAM IN BIG TROUBLE. NEWWAY MOVING TOLD ME THAT MY CAR WILL BE DIRECTLY LOADED INTO TRUCK BUT BOB(WHO PICKED THE CAR, HIS COMPANY NAME BJJ ENTERPRISES) CAME WITH TRAILER AND LOADED INTO IT. NOW WHEN I CALL FOR MY BAG, BOB(WHO PICKED MY CAR), MIKE(DRIVER) DONT TAKE MY CALLS & NEWWAY MOVING SAYS THEY ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE. I AM IN BIG TROUBLE AS MY BAG HAS BEEN STOLEN. DONT USE THIS SERVICE IF U WANT UR CAR & ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED SAFELY.
