we agree his vehicle was late because of a serious driver issue and that driver was fired once he got back from this particular run. as far as there being damage there was never any mention to us about any damage and had there been then our insurance would have taken care of it. the customer was already mad at dusk til dawn so if they offered him a full refund then we had nothing to do with us but we did give him half of his money back because of the incompetence of the stupid driver that caused the mess.
