I'm in the military and was recently transfered from NYC to Texas. I had researched and spoken to multiple transport companies because I wanted to make sure I picked the right company. I ended up going with No Limits Logistics after speaking to Gary who made me feel at easy during the whole process until right before my car was delivered. He informed me that I needed to pay $200 for the broker fee upfront and I was to pay the driver $1100 cash once the car was delivered. Unfortunately, this company not only charged my card the broker fee but the $1100 I was supposed to pay the driver a few days before the car was delivered. I ended up paying $2400 instead of the $1300 we had agreed on. I have been calling this company every single day for the past 30 days trying to get my $1100 back but John (who is the person that handles the finances) keeps giving me the run around. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust these people. They are very dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful.
