I am a total novice when it comes to transporting vehicles instate much less across half of the United States, but Paul was patient and understanding and educated me on what to ask and how the transport company should respond. He and I negotiated a fee and he kept his word and delivered my vehicle in the same condition that it was when first picked up in New Jersey for the fee agreed upon. I would use them again if I needed a vehicle transported.
