I was quoted a rate of $865.00 from Waltham, MA to Denver, CO. I was also sent a confirmation stating this amount. Not much later I received a call from the agent indicating that there was a computer issue and the rate was actually going to be $965.00 terminal to terminal. I indicated this wasn't right and it seemed bait and switch to me. I then spoke to Ryan who didn't offer to help in the least. It seems odd to me that such a "reputable" company would lose business because of a $100 mistake on their part. I indicated to Ryan that I would log a complaint with the BBB as this seemed like a bait and switch scenario and asked for their street address. He FLAT refused. I then scoured their website and was anable to find a street address ANYWHERE. Really makes me glad I didn't go with them. Who knows where my car would end up. After hanging up with him I looked on the internet and found multiple complaints against them AND found that they have an unsatisfactory rating with the New York Better Business Bureau.
