For the safety of this truck, we made a decision to not service Mr. Golden on our 8 car carrier. We had this car scheduled on a few carriers, but the weight and size limits what space the vehicle fits on in the truck. We informed Mr. Golden of these conditions and gave the customer options for what we could do to fix this situation. We were keeping in contact with the customers on this order and were not aware they were this upset. The customer seemed understanding to the situation and we apologize for not settling this sooner. It is very rare that we are not able to handle certain vehicles and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
