I have contracted Connected Vanlines. I have multiple issues: 1. They simply lack professionalism. First of all the points agreed on the phone they have not put on contract. When i ask them to write the same in contract then they said some things they cannot write on contract as it is not allowed but i promise that we will do that. NEVER GO IN THIS TRAP AS THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS. 2. Guys they hired for moving (Oasis Moving and Storage) is one of the most pathetic company i have dealt with in my whole life for moving ( I have done at least 7-8 moves prior to this) 3. On the day of moving they came to my source address and started asking that this is a big move and would need extra space. They charged me for Shrink wrap and tapes which was told to me that this will be all included in so called 5 star door to door service. I ended up paying more than $2000 more than what was told to me by Connected Van Lines. 4. At Destination: I can see clearly by my eyes that they can make the big 18 wheeler come and drop the stuff at my destination. But driver was very adampt not to come in and charge me for the shuttle which was an astonishing $1275 more. IN SUMMARY: NEVER GO WITH THESE SMALL MOVERS AND AGENTS. THEY ARE BUNCH OF ROBBERS WHO WILL ALIGN YOU TO SMALL INCOMPETENT VAN LINES WHO WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY SMALL THING ALTHOUGH THESE GUYS SAY 5 STAR DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE. THEY CAUSE LIT OF HARRASEMENT IN THIS WHOLE ORDEAL. MY BEST MOVE SO FAR WAS WITH UNITED VAN LINES WHO DO VERY THOROUGH WORK.
