I had my 07' Nissan Xterra shipped from Richmond Va to Hollywood Fl during ThanksGiving Day week and only cost me $550. My car was picked up that Tuesday on time. Just 1-2-3 and my car was off. On Wednesday Julien called me with horrible news. He informed me that the truck transporting my car broke down earlier that morning and was unsure when it will be back up again, so the arrival will be later than purposed. The truck was quickly fixed and the driver drove thru Thanksgiving and made my Thanksgving very thankful.Offical Auto Transport made it feel like Christmas. My baby arrived just how it left and made it on time. When I have to transport again I will do so with OFFICAL AUTO TRANSPORT . In all situations that came up they had every solution. Customer Service was outstanding. I WOULD DEFINENTLY USE OFFICAL AUTO TRANSPORT AGAIN! 10 stars from me.
