I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. My son had warned me to be very carefull about selecting an auto transport company and I had no prior experience but the rates quoted were reasonable and lower than some, higher than others and reviews I read about the company indicated it was 3 out of 5 stars so I rolled the dice after carefully reading each review and making my own determination.

I had purchased a brand new Toyota Prius from a dealer in St. Louis and had intended to fly there to pick it up but a series of events (derailed train and then an ice storm) led me to change plans and have the car transported.

I am so glad that I did. I did not want to have to drive in the bad weather that I was seeing hitting the area.

I called other transport companies and did not get a warm fuzzy feeling when asking about delivery times. Official Auto Transport assured me that they had drivers running that corridor frequently and there should be no problem getting my car delivered in a time frame which I felt was reasonable.

Calls to check on the vehicle during transport were answered promptly and the driver was called while I waited. To my pleasant surprise, when I called on Saturday, just 3 days after pickup, I was told that the vehicle was already in the State and could be delivered that same day, 3 days earlier than I had expected! I was estatic.

The car arrived with no damage and the drivers were pleasant, called in advance and arrived when they said they would.

Craig Halderman Automotive Transportation in Holts Summit Mo was the transporter who ultimately delivered my vehicle. They were professional and friendly and best of all, they knew what they were doing and deliverd my new car in perfect condition.

Of all the quotes I received from my email requests, Official Auto Transport was the only company who actually called me, talked to me, and reassured me that they were the right choice.

I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them in the future.
