MY CAR WAS PICKED UP IN FLORIDA AND WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS IN ELMA, NY. THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO ONLINE AUTO CONNECTION'S PARKING LOT AND SAT THERE FOR THREE DAYS. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED THAT THE CAR WAS THERE. AFTER SERVERAL PHONE CALLS TO MAGIC CARPET AUTO THEY INFORMED ME WHERE THE CAR WAS. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY GO TO ONLINE AUTO TO PICK THE CAR UP. THIS COMPANY IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES FROM MY HOME. THE OWNER OF ONLINE TOLD ME HE DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE TO DELIVER IT TO MY HOME. I WENT THREE EXTRA DAYS WITHOUT A VEHICLE DUE TO THIS COMPANY'S INCOMPETENCE IN NOT CALLING ME TO LET ME KNOW THE CAR WAS THERE. HE DID TAKE $75 OFF THE TOTAL PRICE, HOWEVER, DUE TO THE FACE HE DID NOT DELIVER TO MY HOME. I AM DEFINITELY NOT PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE.
