The shipment of our car was not time sensitive. We were not sure how long pickup would be after contacting the broker. Within days, OnLine Auto connection called us to arrange a pickup time. We were given a two hour window which they easily met. The husband/wife driving team was extremely efficient. He prepared the truck while she handled the paperwork and the car. We were told delivery might be 10 days but possibly earlier. To our surprise,on day 6, they notified the recipient that they would be delivering the auto the next day between 2-4pm. They arrived promptly at 225pm. The car came through without any damage. The driver remarked that it was a good trip and that the bugs on the windshield were free. I was very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.
