I had a company which was supposed to pick up my vehicle twice and failed to deliver. I am writing a complaint to the BBB about them. We flew north and car was ready to go for a week when I made contact with Onroad through Gino Lopez. The time from speaking with him to having the car picked up was less than 6 hrs but price was higher for immediate service. The car was picked up within 30 minutes of discussion with driver and he dropped the car off within the window he indicated. I will use Gino's assistance in the future since there is no critical date for pickup or delivery going back to Florida. Great job and kudos to all involved.
