After having originally gone with another broker (National Freight& Logistics) who constantly reassured me they could meet the pick up date only to fall through. Edgar had reached out to me with a quote. Frustrated at the lack of communication and false promises of the previous broker I was hesitant to believe Edgar and was even more hesitant in trying to receive help. Although he could not get a carrier the same day due to a strict pick up timing window. He simply reassured me by say that he would contact me back as soon as he found a driver for Monday. Over 48 hours later and roughly 72 hours without any communication from my previous broker. Edgar reached out to me and got me in contact with a driver who could pick up my vehicle same day. Despite me being frustrated all the wanted to do was help me escape the nightmare of my previous broker. As a buissness owner myself it is the little things that make you remember a company and puts them in good standing. Will definitely be using Onroad transport in the future.
