These reviews had me extremely anxious about the whole situation, so I'm writing this for people in my situation: they weren't nearly as terrible as I expected based on these reviews. It was actually a pretty average experience.

PROS:
-The pickup was on the day they said it would be and the local driver was very friendly
-My car arrived at the destination with no additional damage

CONS:
-The delivery was 6 days later than they said it would be. Granted they tell you up front it isn't guaranteed, 6 days late is annoying especially when you have to pay for a rental.
-When calling the numbers provided to me by the broker, they never picked up or returned my call (I called twice and left a message once). Eventually the broker gave me another number which someone picked up immediately and was helpful.

So overall, if you want to ship a car for low cost and it isn't really time sensitive, Orbit isn't a bad option. I would say they really should pick up their phones though. I probably would have been a lot more frustrated if my broker(Montway) hadn't been so responsive.
