I had a very bad experience with the broker *ALL AMERICAN COMPANY* and Pace accepted the offer of $700 to ship my truck from Santa Monica, CA to Florida. They had no clue that the broker and I never had a contract, nonetheless, the broker gave them all my information and they picked up my truck on 3.23.09. by the time I got to a hold of the company the were on the CA/AZ border. I spoke with Jim, and told him there was a mix up. He was really calm and assured me he was a great company to work with. I spoke with Dawn at their home office and explained to her my situation. I had other arrangements to get my truck to me no sooner than April 1st because of personal reasons. They were very understanding and empathic to my needs and we were able to come up with a great arrangement that worked for the both of us and my truck was delivered when they stated it would be delivered. These people are very honest, and real people. They are a excellent company to work with. I would go with them in the future.. Thanks!!!
