Well, when a customer blatantly lies to get a better rate, and thinks that they won't be caught needs to think again, this woman, called booked her car as RUNNING with nothing it it, "In perfect condition", then when our driver arrives he finds a car in a grarge with boxes stacked all on and around it, it has 4 FLAT tires and yes, the battery is DEAD, with a crack in the case. This woman tells our driver that we (Dispatch/sales) said he would unpack & repack her garage, air up or change her tires, AND put a NEW Battery in her car, all for FREE, This woman did lie and attempt to steal from our driver. we will refuse her future business and will share her info to protect other carriers from this con-artist
