I have a brand new Lexus and enabled the VALET MODE when I let them take my vehicle for transport….If you ever use this company after this review you better do it as well…

The VALET MODE on the car allows you to see when the vehicle is started, driven, and the mileage used when the vehicle is turned on….

WEL - with that being said the vehicle was turned on numerous time and used to run & get parts for the truck when it was broke down… SO yeah the driver of the truck took my BRAND NEW LEXUS and used it as a part cars to run back and forth to get parts for HIS TRUCK - WITHOUT MY APPROVAL…

I am absolutely appalled and the driver left a pair of dirty, used clippers on the back floor that he used to cut his hair wether it be hair on his head or pubic hair…. DISGUSTING none the less…

This also begin said my seats was absolutely greasy now and he was kind enough via text - using as proof for the police as well - DNA has been taken as well using the nasty clippers with his finger prints….. the seats have grease all over them and he offered to send me a check for a detail…. ARE YOU KIDDING ME…..

SO after 110 UNAUTHORIZED MILES on my BRAND NEW LEXUS and nasty pubic hair clippers in my back seat, greasy seats and nasty greasy hands all over inside my car…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
