Classic case of bait and switch with these guys. Was quoted a price of $1165 more than 4 weeks in advance of move and I called 2 times to confirm that price. Was told to call when we got closer to the move and was then told that the price was now $1500. After talking to owner (Gordon Steffens), he said he would "eat the difference" and honor original price but after 6 weeks, the move never happened. It took me 2-3 emails/calls to get one return communication and every time, they said, "should be tomorrow", "should be tomorrow"... this went on for 6 weeks. I come to find out that they listed my car for $900 on the boards which would obviously net them their commission but never get my car picked up. Very nice people on the phone but obviously dishonest, no integrity and poor communication. Would never use again.
