Dear Mr.Kenton, we never received any pictures or dimensions about your tractor. We only talked to your mom twice, and we never even talked to you once. We called you to get the dimensions, but you never called us back, it was only your parents speaking with us. As per our conversation with your mom, she mentioned that the tractor was smaller than a f-150 when we assigned the trucker to you. No one told us that it was a tractor loaded with hay. Of course a driver will not pick anything up of that nature.
