Had a great experience with this company. Gilbert who I spoke with was very friendly and willing to work with me to help. I had previously had a not so great experience with another company (that I subsequently left a poor review for). I liked that Gilbert genuinely cared about my case specifically and tried his best to help me out and was patient in dealing with the fact that I needed to my car to be picked up before a certain date. There was a little trouble with the early pick up and drop-off of the car by the actual carrier, but that had nothing to do with the company or Gilbert - overall a great experience... glad that I decided to change to this company in the end. I would much rather pay a little more and feel valued as a customer than go with another company who could care less
