Boy did I have a frustrating car to ship. It was a BMW 650i convertible and it was in the middle of nowhere shipping to a different middle of nowhere. That made if VERY difficult to find a transporter. This was in no way Phoenix and Rhonda's fault. I recognize that finding someone to get it was hard and Rhonda was wonderful at communicating what was going on. We talked 10 times with me checking in on progress. That could have been very annoying but Rhonda was always very gracious about her time. She explained how things worked and was able to educate me as to ways that less reputable companies try to rope customers in and then lie to them. The education was helpful and customer service was stellar. In the end we got the car shipped at exactly the amazing price we had agreed to. I am very grateful and will only use Phoenix for ever more. They shipped one other car for me and it also was a difficult ship with the same great results. I love Rhonda.
