I wanted to a take a quick minute to thank you for your time and service of my two vehicles to Buffalo, NY from Phoenix, AZ. The cars were picked up early and dropped off early without any interruptions or snags. The driver did reimburse me for the early pick-up due to having to pick up the rental car earlier than expected. As you know, this was an international move and the cars were dropped in Buffalo in order to save the expense to Canada. In the time of moving, car transfers, a daughter transferring to an international college, and a son heading into high school, I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless transition with the cars, not to mention the affordability that you also brought to the table. I learned a lot about the car carrier business, the hidden fees, and the amount of unethical brokers, services, and drivers that are out there. You offered nothing but integrity and I appreciate it! The driver (Gordon) was fantastic and communicated with me all the way up to the point of when I picked up the vehicles. He was absolutely fantastic!
I will recommend your service to others within our organization and to others as it is needed.
