Do Not Do Business with this company! So many others have covered it all on this site, so no need to relay all the details of my dealing with this company. I wish I had better researched the company prior to attempting to do business with them. The short of it is that they quoted me and contracted with me at $1850 to move 2 cars from WA to AL on a specified date. The $1850 was a $300 deposit and $1550 due to driver. It ended up being $2000 to the driver, who was another company, Polar Express is a scamming broker, not a transport company. The cars were not picked up until a week later than contracted. I was told I would receive four of the mythical gas vouchers for the trouble. They never arrived, and I was ignored, put on hold and lied to about the vouchers being mailed. Thankfully, their own lack of responsiveness and lack of professionalism paid off for me because I was able to get my $300 deposit back from them because I contested the charge for the deposit that I had paid with my American Express card. At least Polar Exress didn't get any of my money. I wish I had done better research and read the reviews I have seen since I began havings issues with these charlatans.
