I can't believe this exists in today's environment. No sense typing what others have already clearly identified. The joke was on me, and it cost an additional $150. I would not recomend Polar Express Auto Transport. I filed a detailed complaint to the BBB, for whatever that's worth. Polar Express did not respond after the 30-day BBB inquiry. In the future, I recomend to use a carrier directly, NOT a broker like these characters.
