Very dishonest people,according to what I have been told this company closes up and changes it's name very frequently.last company name was American century transport, I advise you to call the state of Florida,BBB ,credit card companys as they are always reversing the charges as they will not refund customers their deposits.ALso check their reviews but be careful some of their reviews are posted by themselfs and friends.I have nothing but bad things to say about this company.I have a file of documention of issues,emails and phone conversations from this company,that I was advised to do,as another case is being built on this company.Also have been told they can have this post deleted,so if that happens I will repost this and let the FMCSA know.ALso when you cancel with polar express they will realist you on the Load support list just to cause issues with your shipping with a new company.if this happens let the FMCSA know as they are monitoring this issue.
