Was lied to, rude and dishonest communication, was promised that my vehicle would be picked up NUMEROUS times, finally had to agree to drive 7 hours roundtrip to get my vehicle after waiting a few weeks, paid DOUBLE what they originally quoted me, was hung up on, spent countless hours on hold and being transferred between customer service reps, rarely spoke to the manager Lucy because she ignored my calls and even quickly transferred my call after realizing who was on the phone. Promised visa cards that I never received. The most dishonest company. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Take my advice. . .DO not EVER use this company! They should NOT be in business.
