Whatever they bid they will not honor it.....Entered into a contract and wrote on the contract before signing that no change in price would be accepted after pickup of the vehicle...they accepted the contract....charged my card.....with no comment....24 hours after vehicle was picked up I was "asked" to pay $235 more.....with a statement that they would leave my vehiclle by the side of the road unless I agreed.....I did not agree.....instead I asked for a copy of the bill of lading insurance info, carrier name etc....all things they are supposed to provide and which they say in their contract and on their website they will do.... no response....sent several e-mails....no response.......

Upon delivery I got the police involved....since it was off the truck and I had the keys the title and the money the cops indicated to the driver that reloading it would not be a good idear as this might consitute theft and would at least take a while to sort out...as in days......as you can guess it got a little testy...poor driver was just stuck in the middle....I really feel sorry for him...he was actually fairly nice about it all and you could tell it was Polar Express Auto Transport that was the ones pushing this

Anyway I did not pay what they were asking and got the car...

So if you are going to use these guys be sure your ducks are in a row....and that you expect this kind of thing....I would highly NOT recommend doing business with them.....
