Currently in dispute with this company. Booked in April and after repeated calls the vehicle was never picked up. In July I asked for half of our money back and was told that the request was "fair enough". After repeated calls and no refund I contacted my credit card company. Mike promised the refund however, it is now August and there has been no refund. I do not think this is a reputable company.
