Wow. How bad can it get? Spoke to four of the posters here on this review forum. ALL were quoted low, only to have the contracted rate raised. ALL were blamed for being difficult. ALL asked for their money back. ALL were denied. ALL were hung up on by Osvaldo. ALL simply wanted their cars. This guy Osvaldo had no regard for people, honesty, or fairness and has no right being in any sort of customer service business. Serious questions were danced around, no straight answers ever received.
DO NOT, repeat......DO NOT waste a phone call with these guys. Save your money, save your time, and, oh yeah....probably get your car. Virginia has no class action suits, but there are a half dozen of us so sickened by this experience we are individually pursuing legal action. Chew on a few subpeona's, Prestige. Mess with the bull, you eventually get the horns.
Oh, and by the way....read other shippers reviews, and you don't see "horrible" and "excellent", such disparity in other reviews. They obviously pad their reviews trying to keep up their rating, but, give me a break, how obvious we did not have such drastically different experiences with this very sub-par company.
