did not pick up as promised, would not return deposit, wanted $300 more than quoted to pick up.I have filed a complaint with th Arlington Va Better Business Bureau. I think they are criminals. do not do business with. Read all the reviews carefully and you will see a common thread...broken promises, raise the rate, refuse to return deposits, hang up on ypu when you refuse the 30-40% increase. They make their money on your deposits not on delivering your car.
