I could not be more direct. If a broker informs you that ``Prestige Auto Shipping LLC'' is the company that will ship your car, RUN RUN RUN, don't even look back. They picked up my car and was supposed to deliver in one week, but it took them over three weeks. The worst part is that once they have your car, you call them NOBODY will answer the phone. After two weeks of calling and confusion, I finally got a text message informing me that my cars were in Wyoming, just the State next door from where they left. I said my cars because I actually gave them both of my cars ($1900 for both). I had them picked up the first one week before we left Oregon and the second the day before we left Oregon. My calculation and the estimate they gave me was that I would get in Texas around the same day that the first car would be delivered. They told me that through the broker (Dynamic Auto Shipping) that they had two trucks. But guess what? my two cars came on the same truck. They cooked up the same story, truck broke down blablablah! I spent over $800nin car rental when we got to Houston, something that I did not budget. Please do yourself a favor, there are hundreds of shipping companies, don't take a chance with these guys! if you do, you might find yourself in the same mess, BEWARE!!!
