I contacted Matt about 1 week before I wanted to ship my car. I have never gone through a process like this before so I had many questions to ask Matt. I called him at least 3 times before making my final decision and Matt provided me with detailed information in regards to all the questions I had. As well, I was extremely impressed by his turn around time when returning phone calls before the process started until after my car was shipped. He usually returned my calls within 15 minutes or less. I also appreciated very much that Sherry emailed me a copy of the carrier insurance within 24 hours as promised. There was a horrible ice storm in Iowa the days schedule for pick up and despite that pick up was on time. Glenn, the gentleman picking up my car was also very helpful and spend plenty of time trying to remove the inch of ice that covered my car. Delivery was also on time. Even thought the weather was pretty bad during the days of delivery, Primary Auto managed to get my car in 6 days as promised. My car came back in perfect shape all the way to Florida. I am very pleased with the service provided by Primary Auto. The timing was perfect, the staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the service was extraordinary specially for the great price of $695.00. I would definitely recommend this to any friend or family member and I would for sure use them again. Thanks Primary Auto.
