I strongly believe in reviews in helping me make a decision so I feel obligated to leave an honest review for others. This company is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. They use bait and switch tactics to get your business. They quote you a low price and then on the day of your move don't be surprised if the estimate gets doubled or tripled. They know that you will be desperate because you have to move so many people pay the price. Once your stuff is loaded do not expect to see it delivered on time. Your stuff could take weeks to get to the designated location. They make it perfectly clear that they have 21 days by law to get your stuff to you beyond your scheduled delivery date. And when you do get your stuff don't be surprised to find a good portion of it missing or damaged. Good luck trying to get reimbursed for your damaged or missing items. We were fortunate that the items were going to a second home but I just couldn't imagine if I were relying on my stuff for my main home. I feel sorry for the people in that situation. In addition the customer service people are horrible. They are rude and lie to you every time they open their mouth. I don't see how they could work for a company like this. So please choose another company to move your belongings. I should have chosen a larger more dependable company.
