STOP!! You are about to make a terrible mistake. Under no circumstances should you entrust your move to Prime Relocation Services. They only are adept at extracting money from you. Once they have the cash in hand they will begin a move that will result in either 1. A very delayed shipment, or 2. Lost items, or 3. Damaged items. Or you may be lucky as I was and have all three happen! Don’t even bother checking in with their “customer service” if you have a problem. If they even bother to respond (not likely), all they will say is “we are working on it.”
