I am writing this review to provide you with information I wish I had when I used this moving company. Beware - the sales rep is polite and will provide you with a low ball quote. But when the moving truck pulls up they will add thousands of dollars to the quote.
They were a day late arriving, and brought too small of a truck. They had to make 2 loads to their warehouse, even though I had paid extra to have them use one truck directly to my new house.
When the truck arrived at the new house EVERYTHING was damaged. Every piece of furniture was dented, scratched, broken, or stained. The standard insurance is a joke - especially if something isn't completely broken they will say it is still functional. So the $2,000 dresser with the major scratches in it got about $50 back.
I have since found out they aren't in the BBB, their reviews are fake, and their advertising is false.
BEWARE - avoid at all costs!
