I am writing this review and a thank you to Pristine Auto Transport LLC.

Thank you for all that you did getting my 1969 Econoline Van. Your sense of humor and no bullshit approach. I was beaten by the system when Shantine (sorry for spelling!) got a hold of me. Wooh Sugar! You knew exactly how to treat me and got the job done at a very reasonable rate. Pick-up and delivery went as planned. I really wish you guys the best as you start your company. I have faith...sometimes to much...but by the graces of God, I found you guys. Keep truckin'!

I know they might not have a lot to go by as a track record. They are a new company. I was their first client. You need a certain number of jobs to get an account with the BBB. There are other ways to check credentials..just FYI. I would have clicked past them when searching the first time on Transport Review. I got the shaft from a large firm that got me on the hook/trucking board for a low price and zero calls/emails for 7 days after deposit. Their reviews said one thing but they handled themselves another way once they got my money. I was an odd job, big vehicle, in a remote location, and did not have a lot to spend on shipping. Time passed, no calls or emails from other brokers, etc....same story all over. I got a tip from a family friend that there was a new broker just stating. Remember, it is a small world no matter what business you are in!!! They were known for how they handled themselves. Their beliefs differed with the large company they work for years as the story goes. They wanted to branch out because of stories like mine. From the start, they recognized my needs, the current problems, and a solution for getting the job done in a no Bullshit way. This really helped since we were taken for a ride by another broker and their approach to business. Let me be that guy for you that gave me the tip. Call them.

oh...what is this about people getting compensated...I should be tipping them! Thank you guys again. Our new van has a great first story to go along with it! ps...I will send a pick for your office wall of us and our van.
