I will never use this service again. Believe all the bad reviews because they are true. The good reviews maybe just from the company. I was lied by Joe. I was told the day that my car was supposed to be picked up that the transporter quit. I was made to leave my car behind after I moved because I could not get in touch with the company. Joe promised to get back to me but he never did. They did not refund me my money. Just the exact opposite of what an American company should do
