Was contacted by a representative named warren at professional moving solutions, they gave me the best quote, but wanted a $400.00 up front deposit to move my two vehicles. I didn't like that, their are other companys out their who do not take your money till a driver is on his way to pick up your vehicle. Warren continued to call even though I told him I had been considering nationwide because they had a driver for the next day....Warren continued to try & persuade me, calling me even after hours while he was at home. I told him I needed to talk with nation wide first to celar things up IF I was going to go with them. Warren then asked for my credit card info claiming that it was just to verify that my card was good, he said he would send me a contract with the credit card authorization form to send back in. I'm under the impression that he is getting things set up just in case I decide to with his Co. That night I received nothing else from warren, checked my accoun the next day & $300.00 was taken out, checked my E-mail & their was the contract & other forms. To make a long story short, he suckered me into giving him my credit card info on 3-9-2010, then on the morning of the 10th he charges my card & sends out the contract. All this seems a little backwards, they have the worst policy ever, all they want is this huge deposit that you cannot get back if you choose not to use them, the kicker is I never confirmed using this Co. explained that I had been working with nation wide. Never the less I have filed a claim with my bank. BOFA is the best & will recover my money. Don't let these people rob you, they tried to lock me into a contact that I hadn't even seen till after they charged me.

Dear Paula, your review caught us in a complete surprise!! You have emailed us the following:”It was very nice working with you, but I regret to have to inform you that I will not need your services. Supposedly the Cadillac was damaged prior to shipment and the Cobalt was picked up without my final approval. In the future if transporting services are needed” You were in the agreement time frame of which the deposit is nonrefundable so we went the extra mile and offered to keep your account open for 1 calendar year for any relocation needs that you might have and we have not heard from you until this review. We tried our best to work with our customers; apparently some will never be happy.
