Dear Paula, your review caught us in a complete surprise!! You have emailed us the following:”It was very nice working with you, but I regret to have to inform you that I will not need your services.
Supposedly the Cadillac was damaged prior to shipment and the Cobalt was picked up without my final approval.
In the future if transporting services are needed”
You were in the agreement time frame of which the deposit is nonrefundable so we went the extra mile and offered to keep your account open for 1 calendar year for any relocation needs that you might have and we have not heard from you until this review.
We tried our best to work with our customers; apparently some will never be happy.
