The driver came as promised to our home and loaded our car for its crosscountry trip. We were glad to have the cell phone number of the actual driver to pass on to our daughter. The driver contacted her the day before he arrived. He met her at her apartment house to deliver the vehicle on time and without any problems. How often does that happen?
