On February 14 they picked up my 2003 Dodge 2500 Cummins. On March 10,2022 it was available for pickup. When I arrived my truck was not on the lot where it was supposed to be. The batteries were dead and the fuel was empty including the fuel filter. I had to have it towed to my house and then to the dealership after I had talked to several other mechanics. I ended up researching and fixing it myself. They had fried the TIPM and ECM. I had no way of knowing that at the port to put the damage on the claim form. After the 6 months that it took talking to mechanics and a month sitting at the dealership, researching and ordering the parts they denied my claim. So I reported to the BBB. Finally on November 20, 2024 I got an email from the BBB that they were hoping I would miss so it would be marked as resolved. After sending emails to several addresses I got no response and I reopened the case with the BBB. Then I got a phone call and they said they wanted to confirm my address that they already had. After I sent them the email with my receipts they informed me that they would only pay for the fuel and towing which should have been paid immediately by them anyway. All I was asking for was to be reimbursed for the cost of the parts they destroyed. No labor no lost wages completely reasonable. They refused and said I had to vacate the complaint so if you are stupid enough to use them and pay extra for their insurance don’t automatically accept their resolution and keep an eye on your email you only get 6 days to respond or they consider it resolved.
