I recently used you shipping company to have my 2009 Cadillac CTS]V, transported from Clarksville Tennessee, to Central Point, Oregon. The deal was brokered by Magic Carpet Auto Transport. My email confirmation said expected pick up time would 10/14/12 and delivery time would be 10/24/12 remembering these are only approximate dates. The car was picked up on 10/15/12 late in the evening by one of your drivers with a professional car hauler. At the point of pick up, my car dealer, Christopher Gomez took a picture of the odometer reading on the car as it was being prepared to be put on the truck. The odometer reading read 33,004 miles. I have a picture proving this as well as all the paperwork from the dealer showing mileage readings. When car was delivered to me it had 33,060 miles on it.

I was given the phone number 509]487]2685. I contacted you on the following Tuesday which was 10/20/12. I was told by a dispatcher the car arrival was expected Friday or Saturday 10/23/12, 10/24/12. As the days approached I had my literally at my side at all times waiting for a call from the driver which I never received. Friday, Saturday, Sunday passes by and I have heard nothing from nobody. I get a hold of a dispatcher at the number they provided above and ask where my car is. The dispatcher first puts me on hold for almost 8 minutes then tells me my car has already been delivered. I tell him and better not have been delivered yet. He then fumbles over his words and says he has called the wrong driver and to hold on again so he can call him. He then tells me the driver has been trying to contact me since Thursday and has not been able to reach me. Its funny that I have no messages or missed calls from the driver Victor who resides in Grants Pass, Oregon that is only 35 minutes away from where I live. I call Victor and he tells me yes he does have the Cadillac but cannot deliver it because he has a side job as a landscaper and is busy working right now and that I would have to wait until that night. He then suggests I come pick the car up in Grants Pass or his wife can come pick me up and bring me to the car. Does this sound to you like a very professional deal going on here so far.

I waited 2 hours and finally had enough and called Victor back at 4:40PM on 10/26/12. He says to give him 10 minutes to pick car up and then he would be on his way from Grants Pass. So 2 hours later he finally arrives at Pilot Truck Stop he was only about 45 minutes away and took him almost 2 hours. He told me he could not deliver the car to my home because I live in a neighborhood. I go along with this thinking he his driving a professional car hauler. Victor then shows up at the new destination we agreed upon driving his old dually pickup carrying $45,000 car on 2 axle single car hauler trailer that looks like it used to carry dirt track race cars on. I then get the Bill of Lading from Victor and see that the truck drivers original walk around has spotted many damages to the car, scratches, paint chips, rock pits, etc. As I do my walk around of the car I am not noticing any of the damage that has been noted on the Bill of Lading. I then get inside the car and this is when I find the odometer discrepancy. I ask Victor what is up with mileage being wrong. He seems irritated and tries to tell me that the car may have had to be moved at the dealership. I tell him this was not the case as I was speaking with my dealership as car was being picked up. He then stuttered over his words and walked off. I got out of the car and told him I was going to note this discrepancy on the Bill of Lading. He told me I was not allowed to write on the paperwork except for the little square in the corner. I told him that your company did not write down the mileage on pickup but I have a picture and my dealership backing me up on the correct odometer reading. He then got agitated and called his boss who I am assuming is someone at the company. I then called my broker at Magic Carpet and he told me to go ahead and write down the discrepancy
and to make sure and make note of this. He then spoke with Victor and told him this would be happening. Victor said whatever, and I finished writing down the mileage discrepancy. He then wrote down he did not agree with this claim which he said he instructed you to write down. I then signed the Bill of Lading and asked Victor to back my car off the trailer. He said I would need to pay him first before doing so. I explained to him, what if he drags my bumper on the trailer or drive the car off and wrecks it in the process. He told me he would not back car off until I paid him. So I paid him and then stood back as he backs the car off the trailer. Half way down ramp the
front bumper bottomed out just as I said it would he just shook his head like no big deal. Well guess what, it is a big deal. The front bumper is all roughed up now underneath from him doing this which is was not on arrival because I felt it when I first got there. But I could add that to my Bill of Lading because he made me already sign and tore his copy off. I then asked him how long he had the car in Grants Pass. He told me he had the car since Thursday morning. He said he called me 3 times and left 3 messages. I said I never got the calls and asked him to provide the phone number he had been calling. He told me he didnft have the number anymore so he wasnft
sure what number he called. I then left with my car finally after this whole ordeal with a very sour feeling for the company. Absolutley horrible service. I called and wrote the company a few times with no replies.
So bottom line is stay away from this company. They dont do anything they say they are going to do.They pick up late then trade your car off on a crappy little single car trailer with a non professional and then he drives your car around all weekend and claims he couldnt get a hold of you. Total BS.I hope this review sheds some light on the company and nobody uses them again after reading this.
