I had talked to other companies that made lots of promises but delivered nothing, or wouldn't even respond to Emails or call back on the phone. John told me up front what he would do and then followed through every step of the way. I had gotten into a bit of a schedule jam trying to get my car transported and John found a truck for my transport on the same day that I initially contacted him. He was very responsive by phone throughout the process. My vehicle was picked up as promised and arrived a day earlier than the promised delivery. Great job, John! I would definitely use this company again, if the need should arise.
