Work with these guys. John called within an hour and was up front and honest about the potential timeframe. I told him the urgency of the request ( shipping a truck for a non profit to a port- - there were very complicated shipping instructions). He called me within 48 hours to confirm a driver - this was over the weekend too. Hestayed in touch the whole time. I was VERY nervous about shipping this vehicle, our fiurst time doingit but after HOURS and hours of research I am relieved we used them and would only use them again in the future.... Everything was completely delivered in less than a week from when I picked up the phone till when I got confirmation of delivery.....
