This guy has an excuse for everything.on 5/29 the transport co. calls and says driver is on his way. The vehicle has to be at terminal on 5/1. I don't hear anything from him. On 5/30 I am calling every one to get this car there on time, I secure a truck and trailer to take myself. Ra calls about 11AM says hes in Jacksonville and on his way.When I ask him if he can make deadline he says No but if he has another driver he can, I ask "How Much" he tells me for 250. he can do it. At this point I am between a rock and a hard place so I agree. After more excuses he shows up around 7 PM without a driver, says he will pickup in Orlando. The car is loaded and off he goes.
The following morning, I get a call that the car didn't show up. Ra doesn't return my calls all day and finally the following morning I get confirmation that the car is there. This guy has an excuse for everything and its allways someone elses fault. I feel like he owes me $250 extra that I paid to get car there on time plus the $154 deposit that Magic Carpet Transport took from me 24 hr.s after car was delivered. I would NOT recommend that anyone use these 2 companys.
